How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Attacksuper Tree Service wants every homeowner who gets in touch to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Attacksuper Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Problem Involves a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to bring it to the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Attacksuper Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@attacksuper.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
